This is a story about a man who died 6 to 7 years ago. He died of being shot about 100 times only because he didnt die when they shot him the first 20 times. The reason that the police shot him was because he was a wanted rapist in almost every state. He died in the rain and was shot down at a abandon house.Thats were he took all the kids that he raped and beat. So everytime the kids walk home from school in the rain they see a man that stands 7 feet tall dressed in black and standing there smileing,he isn't the only man kids see coming home from school. As I told you in my other story, there is never one of anything!!!!
