About 3 years ago during my uncle Dan's time of becomnig a priest, he had to stay at a priory in Wisconsin(Not exactly sure of the location). He was able to leave the general area for a while (Kind of like a leave for the militry) to come visit family. It wasnt to bad becasue we had lived at the time in Lansing Il. When he came to visit us, he asked me(12 at the time) and my two older sisters to come with him for about 3 weeks. My mom had said it was ok becasue it was the beginning of the summer. So we packed out things and were on the way. During the car ride over there all we did was ask him question about the priory. We all had stopped thoguth when i asked him if it was haunted(as a joke). But then he replied with a "yes, as a matter-o-fact Isaac, it is". So then of course we all started asking more questions about how he knew this to be true. He had told us that it was haunted by a priest that had died in about, hmm I want to say he told us 1906. He had told us that many priests there had seem this ghist before, but they ahd been living there for so long that they ahd gown used to the sightings. Most of the priests had said they see him walking the hallways. My uncle had also told us that he had seen him before, except he had seen him standing at the end of his bed in the middle of the night. My unlce told us that he was just kinda standing there smiling. He had then scared us even more when he told us that there was also another ghost. He said very few people had seen this one, but it was a very sad looking woman in a blue dress(witch of course is odd, cause if your familiar with the catholic religion, priests are not aloud to marry). He ba=egan to tell us about some of the strange things that would happen there. You can hear the woman walking the stepps in the night(wich are at the end of every hallway, so it echos when you walk up the steps down the hall). He ahd also said some things will go up missing and sometimes your AC will turn off in the night when tis plugged in, or if its unplugged it will turn on. That was most of what he told us. Some hours later we had arrived at the privory, and had gotten the "grand" tour. After that we were given our rooms. My two sisters had gotten the room next to my uncles wich was on the third floor. And of course me being me...I had gotten abbot pennings room. Talk about Irony. AFter we had all gotten situated in our rooms it was pretty late into the night. So then we had all decided to go to bed. My room imperticular was built for more then one person. There was my bed wich was right next to the bathroom, and the guests beds(empty). I ahd gone to bed at around 11 P.M. I was to scared to sleep, but i had finally fallen asleep. Later that night at around 2 in the morning I awoke to a noise of footseps outside my room. I had figured it was just a priest(Im rly getting goosbumps now)going to one of the hall bathrooms. Well i was very wrong. I Had kinda looked up to glance at the room. When i looked up there was a very very white aperation sitting in the chair across the room. It was Abbot Pennings. He was sitting there smiling at me. Not moving at all. But i still heard footsteps!!! Then i closed my eyes(My god my hairs are on end!) and standing at the end of my bed was a woman in blue! I was so scared i could not move at all. I didnt know what to do, say, think. I just lay there in fear. It was sooo cold. And i was in just boxer shorts. I was so frightenend I had gotten the idea to run into the bathroom witch was at the left of my head. So i ran nito the bathroom holding the covers on me. Flipped the light and closed the door. I had then hid in the shower. All of a sudden there was a very loud humming noise, and i could see rly bright light from under the door. I ahd began to cry cause i had no idea waht to do. It had stopped a few minutes later. And it grew once again rly quiet. I wass to scared to leave the bathroom, so i decided to try to sleep in the shower with the lights on.(i was not successful on the sleeping part) The next day everybody was looking for me. They had finally checked the bathroom, and i was asleep curled in a ball in the shower. They ahd asked me what happened, and i had told them. Only my uncle believed me.For the rest of the vacation i slept in his rom on the floor. I kinda doubt youll believe me but i decided to tell you anyway.
