I lived in one of the upper levels of Mignon Hall, and at night when me and my roommates were in bed, we heard noises, and sometimes it would sound like someone was coming in and out of our room. Things would fall off of the walls, and early in the morning the lights would flicker and the electric would go out. The Shower was really messed up, it would get really hot and then really cold. So we had heard that Morehead State University was haunted, and we had heard some stories about it from our friends and they told us there were stories about this on the internet. So, we started looking for stories like ours. And we found out there was a story that took place in Mignon Hall. The story was about a guy named Chris who wanted to surprise his girlfriend on day after class so he stopped by her dorm and as he walked past her window and noticed that the door was unlocked so he let himself in. When he walked through the room he caught his best friend and his girlfriend hooking up. So, he furiously asked what was going on, trying to look innocent they made up a story about how he was trying to help her plan a surprise for him because it was their anniversary.

He obviously didn’t buy the story so he pulled out his pocket knife and violently stabbed repeatedly until they had bled to death. Supposedly he used her shower to wash himself clean of the blood, but feeling guilty he drown himself in the bathtub. And they say that when the shower gets cold that he is in there with you. It has also been said that he is drawn to girls with dark hair because they resemble his girlfriend, it has been reported that girls that fit the description has felt their covers move and like someone was pulling or tugging at their hair. This all took place on their anniversary which was on the 14th of October. With this being said the digits of the rooms that are allegedly haunted add up to equal 14.
