Grilled Sour Cream Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 cup commercial sour cream/French
- onion dip
3 tablespoon fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 d pepper
1 pound ground beef
4 hamburger buns -- buttered and
-- toasted

Instructions:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add ground beef; stir until blended. Shape into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick. Grill over medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
