Pina Colada Fruit1 (8 ounce) cartons fat-free plain yogurt In a medium bowl blend yogurt and pudding mix; stir in pineapple and extracts. Fold in whipped topping. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Serve with fruit dippers. 5 (1/2 cup) servings - 2.16 WW points per serving Fruit Dippers: Use 1 cup or more cut fresh fruit to dip into the dip for 1 WW point per cup of fruit. |
