Strawberries 'n' Cream Pie

1/4 cup Equal sweetener spoonable substitute
1/4 teaspoon water
8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
2 cups fat-free Cool Whip, thawed
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
3 cups fresh strawberries, halved
Mint sprigs (optional)

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir with a whisk until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture into crust; cover and chill 1 hour or until firm.

Arrange strawberries evenly over cream cheese mixture just before serving. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired; serve pie immediately.

Makes 8 servings - 5.10 WW points per serving

NOTE: To lower points use a low fat graham cracker pie crust
